That's a good question about what types of music I might like and why ~~~ as well as the opposite end and what I might not like. I can tell you this much; I sleep with the radio on lightly and know not why. I can sleep without it, but (for some reason) I sleep better with it being on. Not loud or anything ~~~ just loud enough for me to hear it (consciously or unconsciously). The station I normally listen to is WCRB which is a classical radio station that comes out of BOSTON. I can tell you that I somewhat loathe classical pieces that highlight the piano ~~~ perhaps, too tinkly of a sound. And I cannot stomach opera ~~~ although, it's good.
You may be right, as to why we might lean toward certain music. I think we all have a different vibration and certain things resonate with it. As far as having liked music in a prior life ... ??? ... I do like good Mariachi songs and I know not why. Perhaps, certain things stick or stay with us.
Anyways, my good friend, I hope this short note finds you well and set to enjoy a FINE WEEK ahead. A new month soon finds us as well and I hope it brings some good things your way. ENJOY your evening out there. :)
My sister has tinnitus, she got it after she got COVID-19. She now uses this little gadget that plays different sounds, music the sound of water, and loads more sounds. She uses it when she goes to bed and puts it on low, it blocks out the ringing in her ear.
