I had to slowly scroll down and have realized that people are having fun with the EMOJIS. You mentioned San Fran ~~~ I have never been there, but it is quite sad to see how the politicians that run it (or the state) have forgotten its once glory. Imagine what that port city looked like in the days of yesteryear. I have a million in equity, the options will be to refinance at 8.9 % interest rate which will more than double my payments or get a line of credit at around 11%. No.. I'm fucked.

I forgot to share this w you.. but this is Tuesday Weld, ..she was supporting her family at 9 yrs old after her mom put her to work modeling after her dad died, had a nervous breakdown at 10 yrs, started doing drugs and drinking soon after, and still managed to become famous with her acting. Rough childhood but she survived, thrived and is now 80 yrs old. I think this pic was taken in the 60s.
