Idk what it was but lamb doesnt taste bad. its like a light beef flavor. Ive never known anyone to turn down a rack of roasted lamb. Its good, esp w mint. Butmutton is gross, even if cooked slow to tender. I cant eat that either, it tatses like bad venison lol.

I think mutton is goat. But if it is lamb, then its old lamb, because meat marked "Lamb" is just a few years old. Mutton is a lot tougher and gamey too.
