youve never eaten a rack of lamb? o_o Im surprised. With a little mint, a touch of salt and pepper ...its all you need. Lamb is awesome, its kinda of like beef in texture and flavor, but not quite as heavy, --but heavier than chicken. You should try it sometime, it has a different flavor all its own but its not a gamey-type taste, its sweet. YUM now Im craving it for dinner lol
