id been digging out a bunch of bricks from a overgrown part of the backyard n loading hem in the truck 2 take down 2 the trailer....my back was fine till the next day n i picked up something at a funny angle n u could feel it go....i also woulda got the tick when i was diggin round pulling the bricks outa the undergrowth......havnt pulled a muscle 4 yrs, id 4gotten how much it hurts......
