i like it all! from ice cream to pastries to orange glazed hens and prime rib too. But mostly I like to bake bc the rise factor, and how simple it is, but threats of it all going terrible wrong are alive and well. Like you cant mess up an pot of stew too much, but you can wreck baking if kneaded too much or not enough or not adding enough yeast for rise..
I like the gamble and success when it comes out perfect.

you never know Ren you might decide to open a vintage shop one day. Start collecting now lol

yes i do... doesnt pay too good tho i made alot more money when i cooked at the nursing home.. but things happened there so i went back to working at school... no weekends or holidays or summers so its good

Not sure if I answered your last comment ~~~ this AUTOFRESH seems to prevent me from going backwards. Anyway, you had mentioned about going to a SAINTS' game. I agree ~~~ WIN or LOSE, attending a pro sports' game and in that enclosed stadium must be a trip. The noise level must be off the charts. I've never been to a PATS' game. I guess that I'm just too lazy to make my down to FOXBORO, but the cool thing is that they have a pair of hotels right there ... but, when you're doing it alone, getting hammered and staggering back to the hotel just doesn't make for a good Sunday. Haven't mentioned it, but I'm going to be in BOSTON for New Year's Eve (through the 2nd of January, actually). Hopefully, our crazy world continues to stay relatively safe ❤️ enjoy yourself a nice weekend.
