oops, i looked up Padma Lakshmi.. thats not who i thought you were talking about. Theres an indian chef who used to be a judge on one of those competition shows, ..cant remember her name offhand. But thats who i thought you were referring to. But when i saw Padmas photo i dont recognize her. Idk anything about her other than what youve told me. But to marry a marked man is probably risky business lol.. keeps them on their toes. I cant imagine he would be too hard to find if hes married to a public persona tho.

Baja is beautiful! I love it and have visited more than a few times. I dont know if Im ever going back tho tbh, I dont think I want to support the country as a tourist if i dont feel safe. And some of stories coming out of Mexico are not things i want to be a part of or caught up in. I dont remember where now, but someone was mentioning the Mormons there, just massacred, little kids and women too, carloads of them shot down with automatic rifles for being in territory theyve been in for generations. Whites, ofc. The Cartels, no thanks. But Im glad i was there when i was, the memories have lasted a lifetime. :)

I like youre reference to the library and our ultimate return to our place of origin lol... good analogy. Hmm, I dont know if id want to be born w all the knowledge Id collected over many lifetimes. I think there is a reason we arent passed along w all that info, it might be overwhelming for a child, -- or even adult-- to wrestle with all that information. But i do think it would help if we all were on the same page about where we cane from. Just the simple acknowledgment of a soul would help in many instances, but i suppose the search for those answers as individuals or part of a religious community is part of the journey.

But it does not surprise me bc i believe 100% that we dont turn to dust and vanish, the energy never dies, it just changes form. Imo thats true. But what you said about them actually being there... it mirrors exactly what happened to me after a motorcycle wreck.

I found myself in a place that was very warm and "full".. is the best way i cant descibe it... , but ppl there were not very welcoming lol. I was expecting more from death, lol. But lots of ppl were there, and they werent hostile or happy to see me either, they hardly noticed me. The feeling was i was passing through and they werent concerned with me in the least. The feeling i had from them was "its not your time, catch you later when it is" ..i couldnt get one of them to even acknowledge or look at me, they were all very busy with each other tho, and couldnt be bothered w a person out of sync w the reality of me not being dead yet, and I needed to get back to my own time, pronto. So i did. Whoosh!! I was back on the road w an ambulance driver staring down at me like "oh there you are! youre back!" haha which was exactly what i was thinking lol. I really dont think we go far at all, earth is far to interesting a school to keep only for the living lol :D
