The funny thing is The English Dub of Kamen Rider Kuuga aired on tv stations in Singapore,Philippines,Malaysia and Hong Kong.as poorly recorded,directed and acted it may be doesn’t change the fact that a few million or so folks watched it in their own home on a schedule

Another funny thing is some of the actors in Hong Kong and Singapore produced English dubs are expats of western Caucasian origin,not even Asian diaspora folks so you would expect their delivery to be less jilted and more organic especially since English is their mother tongue
