on a map there are 2 very small dots, ..towns of about 2K population each, which includes the elderly, waddle kids and teens, plus the outlying ranches. So the active adults run about 1000 each per town. Theyre 20 minutes apart on a 2 lane hyway. My "town" if you want to call it that, is between these 2 small towns, and has about 400 pop., but thats everyone including outlying areas. So active adults maybe 100-150? So no twine balls or craft fairs YET. But we do have garage sales so we can sell our old junk to our neighbors and still visit it over the holidays
