I read a book about it. There's different techniques, but none of them really worked for me. I kinda have my own technique now. It's supposedly a bit like meditation, you need to clear your mind of thoughts and then suddenly you just pop out of your body, and you can fly through walls and go different places, meeting different entities. It's hard to break out of the lower astral planes though, and it's pretty dark and grim there, but good fun. Staying there is the hardest part, because you get pulled back in to your body quite easily. It's like dreaming, but you're in total control, and are fully aware of what's happening. And when you come out of it you remember everything that happened, and you're generally buzzing for most of the day after it. I'll see if I can find a free link for the book I read.

Here, have you heard of a thing called astral projection? I learned how to do it a few years back. You can do all sorts of crazy shit, including shagging demons. If you master it you can probably find out what that thing in your house is.
