That steam effect is PRICELESS ... isn't it? It's probably a byproduct of some of the steampipe system that winds its way throughout the city and that's an older section of the city. Although, in that immediate area, there's an underground concourse that connects Downtown Crossing to Park Street (a pair of MBTA subway stops). I use it, but I've noticed not too many people do. It can give off a somewhat isolated feeling and I don't know how many people feel safe using it. I'm not sure if it was at the OMNI or another older hotel in Boston, but I somewhat unnerved a few guests by stating that the only thing missing in the hallway was the kid from THE SHINING. BOOH👻
Not to jinx myself, but I always state out loud that I am a guest in the room for a night or so and if there is a spirit in the room that they allow me to proceed peaceably or something akin to that. Anyway, Bro, the evening over there soon gives way to a new day and Friday heralds in another weekend ~~~ ENJOY yours to the absolute and whatever you may do with it.

Once people stop drinking water thing move quick. 3 to 7 day top. But there is also assisted euthanize : That one I mix the Nembutal w but I can only mix it. The patient has to be oriented and able to take the medication unassisted otherwise. If they are already unconscious is too late , i can only give the morphine and lorazaphan convo. The family or the hospice nurse usually have cameras in the room... like nanny cams to see what I am doing so I imagine I am always being recorded. BTW i hate that fat gingen bitch. Her and Sierra are desperate for my dick but I'm hard to get .

Hey, speaking of hotels ... not sure if you know who Mookie BETTS is ... he played baseball for Boston and has since found himself to Los Angeles (Dodgers). L.A. is in Milwaukee (for a three-game series) and most of the team is staying at the Pfister Hotel ... Mookie is staying elsewhere. The hotel is rumored to be haunted. Actually it's not difficult at all. I feel privilege to help another human passing w dignity. Not hard emotionally but physically. I mix lorazephan w morphine at 1 st every 6 hours and then as time moves one ever 4 , every 3 and every 2 hours and then usually that's the end . But still people need to be moved every few hours and diapers change every 3 hours. That's the hard part. I also have to stick my finger down their mouth if the tool we use to suck fluids doesn't work to clear up build up fluids so they don't gag. I wish i could do that for a living but I will have to go back to school to became a nurse and even then it doesn't pay much so I 'll rather just do it for free. I like to help people die w dignity and w/o pain.
