My friend chill does not ban ip it just to scare us so many dont come back once ban that is their secret it is psychological. i heard rumor but proven wrong by me. its fear it speculation. even if someone ban ip i know how to get around it causing the admin to panic lol. turn off my router for 1 hour and turn it back on. if you have cable modem .. or find out how to change ip.. it is dynamic leased. not permanent.. static is for business user and even then use vpn. free proxy server lol. their not that smart.. knowledge is power.
