Hey , serious thing . I had that and it's Blood Pressure & Hypertension . Another silent killer of Men . get it under controll with a few tablets a day or you'll go blind , and then die .

Try breathing exercises like yoga that can reduce the BP.
Also lower you salt intake. Listen to soothing music at bedtime.
Weird thing is even when my salt levels are low I have high BP
now and then.
