I am glad you are back, 200/100 that is scary. last time a nurse check me i got 120/80 home visit.. I believe in natural cure. no drugs from doctor. I trust no doctor to cure me. treatment make a lot of money but no cure. I am my own doctor and do research on health. i take turmeric, ginseng, ginger..
i avoid pork.. I would like to live a long life be happy and as healthy as possible. herbs and spice is good for us garlic, black pepper.
I dont eat fast food often maybe once a year. what we eat affect our health, obesity is due to junk food fast food, unnatural diet.

No vaccine are good for us. I should have warn everyone about this many years ago but I was not a popular person online. I am the unvax and no pcr test or nose jab..the pandemic 2020 was the beginning of mass depopulation from 8 billions to 500 million by 2030..
it is a scamdemic there is no virus. the covid vax are the virus. many have taken 2 or more shot.. the georgia guidestone was a conspiracy to limit pop to 500million in the near future.. disturbing but true. the news media is fake and propaganda to trick many to go along.
