Enjoy your time off, man! I'll try to be on later. I was pretty busy yesterday doing yard work, laundry, and cleaning the house. The heat has been bringing in ants too, so I've been dealing with that. It sucks because the cats food seems to be a huge target for them. We have to put it away from her when she's not eating because the ants get to it almost immediately. Ugh.

I've been using Terro around the windows, which helps some, but they still keep showing up on the floor near Boo's food. Hopefully I can get them under control soon.

Hey Rob! I know exactly what you mean about having to go to multiple stores these days. We usually go to Walmart and H-E-B every weekend, and sometimes we stop at Dollar General, Dollar Tree, or Walgreens too. Mom gets her spring water at Walgreens, and if one store doesn't have what we need, we just go somewhere else. We also like checking Dollar Tree and Dollar General because you can find some things for much cheaper. Between sales and coupons, sometimes you can even get things for free, which is always a nice bonus. With prices the way they are now, shopping around really does help.

We don't have Grocery Outlet here, but I've heard a lot of good things about it. I would definitely check it out if we had one nearby. I don't mind items that are close to the expiration date either. A lot of things are still perfectly fine past those dates, especially if they are stored properly.

I hadn't heard about "The Devil's Mouth," but I'll have to check it out. I like that they went a different direction instead of the usual movie idea where a Great White is portrayed as some kind of monster that goes after people on purpose. Sharks are definitely misunderstood, and movies have exaggerated that for years.

wow, that all makes sense ... last night i was asleep by 10pm and slept almost 13 hours,
the weather here will be at least three days of sunny summer so i'll try to maximize that with some yard therapy and some solo tennis, or maybe my daughter will join in.
maybe even throw some shrimp on the barbie, as Angie might do !

Hey! How do you get rid of the poll feature? I don't give a shit about polls, and I don't care about streaming either. 😂 I used to be a huge gamer back in the day, but not anymore. I guess I'm just getting old because I look at a lot of these phone games kids play now and just laugh. I think most of them are ridiculous.

Hope you're having a good day so far! It's pushing nearly 100° with the actual temperature here. I went out earlier to cut more weeds, but they're just taking over. It feels like as soon as you get them under control, they're right back again!

By chance, did you catch Shark Week on the Discovery Channel? They had some really good shows this year. I love the beach theme you've got going here, too!
