exactly, good point. Bow and arrows wont go through a wall and hit their kids. Its also 1000% better than a helicopter shooting live rounds overhead. Thats gotta be the worst feeling ever!
the only reason Ive never invited you to visit is bc I know youve been here a few times already. I ask Jacob because he talks crap about the US, but I know he'd like it if he ever traveled here to visit. Just sayin' ;)
Ive never been to australia but that would probably be the only other country Id move to.. A few ppl i know have sold their modest home and moved to france. They trade up living in a mansion with a winery attached lol, so ppl do leave occasionally. But mostly they stay here.
i understand, I mean, we gotta eat and I agree we dont get up close and personal enough with what we put in our diets. It reminds me of jessica simpson thinking chicken-of-the-sea Tuna was chicken lol. ...just miles away from the reality. I just dont feel as bad eating a cow as i would a wild animal, thats just me. The freezer is stacked and youre ready, I dont blame you for reaching out grabbing up the free stuff when its right outside your door lol. Nice freezer too.
You dont want to run into an angry neighbor with a firearm when all you have is a bow and arrow. But yeah the bows are real quiet.. there is no game in hitting a target at 100 yards w a firearm. Like you said, the deer dont even know youre there. To me its not really a hunt as much as just hitting a target. Do the deer disturb the other wildlife like kangaroos? Its so weird to cull them over grasslands, its not like theyre predators or anything. Theyre pretty skittish and passive unless fighting each other.
thats a great idea! ...errrr, unless they get too fat and happy and start multiplying too. It'd be horrible to bring them in only for them to become the target of the next decade's culling. There is so much space in Australia tho, I cant imagine deer could put a dent in the fauna. But bears and wolves would definitely be better than helicopters overhead shooting the wildlife. How horrible..
anyway, at least you got yours on your own. Bow and arrow is a more fair fight but either way, your freezer look ready for winter. ;)
