So while treating my joints they found out that my knees are spent.. I used to be a rower in my 20's and supprisingly you use your knees and arms greatly when rowing so in addition to the years of downhill hiking they knees are really damage and they need to be replaced. I won't have to address that right away but they told me it's going to be coming and once they fail, i got to have surgery to move again.
