It is possible that this rappid weight lost my had triggered some blood sugar response because now I get all fuck up after I eat. I get so tired and I have to come back to bed. I may have become hyperglycemic ? My doctor said in fact my sugar levels are high but I don't have any history of diabetes so more test are needed. I talked to a physical trainer that said that I was supposed to be given some medication to retain my muscle mass but that didn't happened so yeah I'm fucked. I need to regulate my sugar level. I'm on a 100% raw wild salmon and raw tuna diet w vagetable but I can hardly tolerate it because I hadn't eaten any animal based protein for a very long time. I hope has the days go by I gain more energy and I can move around.
