Not the council, management yes. They've been out three times. The third time they let me into my neighbours flat, but there was nothing out of the ordinary. I once left my phone recording while I went to sleep, to capture the sounds so that I'd have proof. I caught one or two loud bumps, but not everything. Very good yes. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their burgers are excellent, as are their hotdogs. Milkshakes are huge, but I'd highly recommend their chicken goujons. We have another chain called Captain America's. They use his image and name. Don't ask me how they squared that with Marvel. Abrakebabra do good kebabs too. Do you like Nando's? A few of them have opened here now too. I think their food is like cardboard. But that's ok cuz you Brits would be happy to go out for the night, and pay to chew on a wire fence.
