ooh a Marxist, sexy. There aren't many of those in America. Yes I think we think somewhat alike. I'm a liberal, which in Europe means I'm a centrist. Only Americans say "Liberal LEFT". Over here we have a saying..."A liberal is a conservative with a heart and a socialist with a brain". I think that lefties are well intentioned, but many of Marx's ideas are unworkable. His prognosis about the ills of capitalist societies was (if you'll excuse the pun)...on the money, but his prescribed treatment of those ills was not. That's why I'm a centrist, a liberal. How would you label yourself? Socialist? Progressive?
