Sorry to hear about your father’s wife and I can understand how it might give you some relief. It’s weird how we feel about a person’s passing and possibly someone we didn’t like. It’s not so much a happy feeling, but as if a weight has been lifted off of us. Yeah, the Cuomo’s would gather some empathy ..: if they didn’t come off looking so sanctimonious. They are also the byproduct of white privilege and that doesn’t help. Plus, from what I have heard … Andrew bungled the Covid response and what happened in the nursing homes. It’s unfortunate to say this, but the elder population in America is viewed as expendable and that’s a sad statement about what we hold dear which is probably wealth and fame.
