you should look into the keto diet, Gus ….I’ve been doing it for the last year & I’ve never felt better ….it’s amazing how once you stop eating carbs & sugar how all the cravings go away …I planned to only do it for 30 days and I feel so much better, a year later I don’t want to quit doing it ….you mostly eat meat & dairy and some vegetables ….so that ends up cutting out all processed food, added sugar, seed oils, preservatives , etc

then besides weight loss, you’ll sleep crazy good, all aches & pains are gone, extreme mental clarity, crazy boost in mental health, you’ll stop snoring if you snore, all cravings gone, never hungry, endless energy, will raise your testosterone, etc
