It's as dry af here atm...I'd say we're in 4 another big drought, it's basically a drought now...a few months ago it was green all over, it's predicted this is gonna be a bad summer...the thing with the metal is it's cheap compared 2 other materials, n it lasts...2 do that place in good timber it'd cost like 4 x as much...plus it's way more fireproof....it's built 2 be practical, plus there's a few budget restraints seeing I did the roof on the Sydney place 4 my daughter....n if I feel like it I can rent it out during g ski season, it's like a 40 Min drive 2 Thredbo, the nearest ski resort...but I'd only do that of I needed $...Noodles had a def change in her mannerisms, im hoping it's age related....
