The kitchen I'm.ripping out is original late 60s or early 70s...bought this.place.as a reno job like 17 yes ago n only just getting round 2 doing it...the 60/70s were prob the crappiest building eras in Australia history...used cheap rubbish materials like chipboard n linoleum etc...

New roof, new bathroom new kitchen...n new ceilings n polished the wooden floors....my daughter n her partner n bubs r gonna move back in here later on...1st time I do anything on a roof 4 months n it's frigging 36c 2day n yesterday n supposedly the same 2morrow...the piano tuner sounds like an arsehole...have u paid him any $ yet?....

this house is from the early 70s id say, maybe late 60s....its just brick veneer with a wooden frame....its the land thats the valuable part, i got the worst house in the street but the best land block size wise.......
