I'm going to be 46 next month and when I was in my 20's i used to have a nice body and was in a rowing team and worked out alot till i was in my 30's and then when I stop of course my body changed and i became fat and old and I am totally fine with that process and I like my body. But I have always have muscles . Just naturally I supposed I had muscle chest and legs and ass. But now all my muscle is gone. It's so strange how this happened I mean I have only been sick for a few months. I thinlk that's what makes me really concern. How fast I de comenpensated. I still haven't unpack from my trip . All my shit still in the car.

I lost 30 pounds and my clothes fit so odd like it was never mine .. it's so strange to see me in the mirror. I have gain 10 pounds but still my clothes looks so strange like "why would be wearing this". or like this is nott even something that I would like to wear even if it ever fits me . it so hard to explained. Like for me all of my life if I found a pair of pants and shirt that fit me well I would buy like 5 pairs of the same. Sometimes people thought that I would be wearing the same clothes and I had to explained myself that NO its just that I have many pairs of the same... Anyway. now I find this very strange and I would like to get better and buy new clothes that fit me.

Today was not a good day and I'm hoping that tomorrow will be better. I'm sleeping on my mattress w/o sheets and pillow cases at this point and I haven't taken a bath in 5 days. I have people come the house every saturday but they didn't come this week because I have covid. Lucci is back doing Safari adventures because I'm not able to take him out. The handler comes through the back gate and takes him and makes sure he has water and food but I actually never see her... It's a girl but I read in an e mail that her mother had passed away so they assigned him a dude and that appears to be working out. Chapter 1.
