yeah rest stops are safe but sometimes there is weird people on the roads...I've been all over the west coast, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Colorado, Vegas, Arkansas, Iowa, North Dakota South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota...it will do you some good,

The extinguisher has to be fastened secured and the radio is to listen for accidents up ahead...
