I’ve not heard that he is, but I’d think in general, that’s probably the next step in his legal recourse

although, he already knows he’s never gonna get a fair trial there, so idk, maybe his legal team is advising him it’s not worth the time or money

I can’t even imagine his much he spends on legal fees
