here in Cali he would be right. If its growing in our yard wild or planted, we have to maintain it away from the neighbors fence-line or they can cut it down and charge the owner. But most ppl dont, ..they like the trees and vines ppl grow as a natural screen between the yards. Or if they really dont like fruit dropping in their yards, they will just ask the owner of the tree to clean them up before throwing branches over the fence lol.. I see big stumps you left tho, those will probably come back healthy and happy unless you poisoned the roots.
