Abrahamic societies do have that reputation of being super misogynistic and those examples are the exception not the norm.notice all those influential pastors demonizing Catholics for so called “Marian worship “its not even a quirky interpretation as there’s a obvious misogyny in their talking points just saying Mary gave birth to Jesus and any statues of her is idolatry/paganism if not calling her praise demonic :-(
